The high-pressure side includes the output side of the compressor, high-pressure pipeline, condenser, receiver dryer and liquid pipeline; The low pressure side includes evaporator, accumulator, air return pipeline, compressor input side and compressor oil pool.



What is the working principle of automotive air conditioning?



The automobile air conditioning refrigeration system is composed of compressor, condenser, receiver dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower. Copper pipes and high-pressure rubber pipes are used to connect various components into a closed system. When the refrigeration system works, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states. The working principle of automotive air conditioning is mainly divided into the following two processes:



1. The compression process of the working principle of automobile air conditioning: the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas at the outlet of the evaporator, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and discharges it from the compressor.



2. Heat dissipation process of the working principle of automobile air conditioning: the overheated refrigerant gas with high temperature and high pressure enters the condenser. Due to the reduction of pressure and temperature, the refrigerant gas condenses into liquid and discharges a lot of heat.
